I’d imagine that your new setup away from work is a bit different now that you’re at home.
Flopping on the couch is not a good look. I was even surprised when I saw how awful my posture was when I looked at the first picture! My poor neck! And back! And hips! All of it!🤦🤦
This is a perfect example of how something insignificant to start (poor posture on a comfy couch), can cause havoc on your poor body, and way sooner than you think.
It’s so important to work optimally and to get off your seat at least every 30 minutes. .
