Our physiotherapists will start by getting a very detailed history of your injury. We ask questions about previous injuries and surgeries, and get a good idea of your goals and what you want to achieve with your visits. From there, we do an in-depth physical assessment to identify the root of your issue and create a plan to help you recover!
We are able to determine this after your initial assessment. Every single person is different so no two plans are alike.
We direct bill to most insurance companies! We have worked hard to ensure that we are able to bill for most local companies. We are more than happy to call your insurance company to determine if we are able to direct bill for your convenience. All you need to do is give us your insurance numbers and we do the rest!

Yes! We are able to on a case by case basis help your family member in the hospital. We are able to work with the health care professionals in the local hospitals to create a plan that will allow your family member to get the valued physiotherapy services they need. We get families on board and help you get involved in the plan of care as well.
